Japanese Ramen Recipe


Ramen is a comforting Japanese noodle soup made with a flavorful broth, noodles, toppings like soft-boiled eggs, vegetables, and sliced meat. This version is simple yet satisfying, perfect for home cooking.

Ingredients


- 200g Ramen Noodles (fresh or instant)
- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Miso Paste (optional)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Boiled Egg (halved)
- Toppings: Spring Onions, Corn, Spinach, Mushrooms, or Sliced Chicken

How to Make Japanese Ramen


  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a few seconds.
  2. Pour in the broth. Add soy sauce and miso paste. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Place noodles in a bowl. Pour hot broth over them.
  5. Top with boiled egg, vegetables, and sliced meat of your choice.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy hot!
