Laddu Recipe


Laddu is a delicious, sweet ball-shaped treat made from flour, sugar, and ghee. It's a staple in Indian festivals and celebrations, offering a rich and flavorful bite with every serving.

Ingredients


• 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
• 1/2 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
• 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
• Chopped Nuts (optional, for garnish)

Making Process


  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Roast on low heat until it turns golden and aromatic.
  2. Let the roasted besan cool slightly. Then add cardamom powder and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls (laddus) while it’s still warm.
  4. Garnish with nuts if desired and store in an airtight container.
